Administrative Services Manager II, Fiscal and Administrative Support Services
Rosario joined County Communications in September 2015 to oversee the Fiscal and Administrative Support Services Division. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Sociology. She began her public service career in 1995 in Los Angeles County, joining the Department of Public Social Services and holding various positions, which included Social Worker, Eligibility Supervisor, and Staff Development Specialist. In 2007, she joined the County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency, where she managed and oversaw agency-wide training programs for several years. She's responsible for overseeing administrative, fiscal, and budget operations for the Department and manages the division's day-to-day operations.
